The Panchpokhari rural municipality organises a Learning Fair every year. This year, they organized at Banskharka. The three project schools, who are involved in ‘Learning for Change’ (a climate change research education project) had put up stalls to showcase their learning from the project. The program was attended by many students and teachers from almost all the schools in the municipality with guests from municipalities and outside, including Kathmandu.
The project encourages students to undertake community investigations about climate change issues to analyze the same to be disseminated among the local community through various mediums-theatre, exhibitions, songs and community action.
